Wilhelm Morgner 1891 - 1917
Wihelm Morgner was one of the most individual and interesting painters in Germany at the beginning of the 20th century. He created a very impressive oeuvre within few years from around 1910 - 1917. His oeuvre displays a range of styles and an artistic development venturing in different directions, but always radically personal.

Vasarely CANOPUS
Die großformatige integration architecturale "Canopus" führte Victor Vasarély 1968 für das Treppenhausfoyer der PH Essen aus. Durch den bevorstehenden Abriss des Gebäudes war der Erhalt in Frage gestellt. Die Arbeit musste wegen des Abruchs der Gebäude der alten PH Essen geborgen werden.
